New Year at the Baccatoio

The BACCATOIO for the last year offers a simple, smooth but quality menu.

Let's start with a welcome salad consisting of: red radicchio, lettuce, scamorza cubes smoked, speck strips and topped with a mandarin vinaigrette.

Asparagus cream. Crepe filled with porcini cream with truffle fondue, potato flan with broccoli mousse, duck speck.

Then we pass to a ravioli (Handmade) stuffed with truffle fondue in light truffle sauce. for those who do not like truffles you can change with a ravioli (Handmade) filled with ricotta and spinach with melted butter and sage.

And what about the cinta senese pig cooked at low temperature in the oven wood, served with its potatoes and wild herbs sprinkled with oil and garlic scent?

As a dessert, we serve a soft cake made with ricotta and pear.

Then coffee is all that entails for after dinner: grapes, tangerine mandarins etc etc
