Exhibitions in Viareggio

Inauguration of the exhibition 'Tableau Tablette', at the Ismi Gallery

The gallery Ismi Arte Contemporanea in Viareggio will host, from 3 to 24 February, 'Tableau Tablette' by Massimo Soldaini and Massimo Pistelli, an art exhibition that is also an original furnishing project.

The idea behind the project involves a system of composition of works of art, through 50 × 50 cm modules, of which the authors present a selection of their aggregations on show. These are tiles in which different techniques are added, from painting to collage, but which can also hold several different hands. In this case there is also photography, with some shots by the photographer Martina Ridondelli.

'Tableau Tablette' is an innovative proposal, between art and design, created by a designer and architect, Massimo Soldaini, and It has become a real workshop like the old ones, where no distinction was made between artistic production and craftsmanship and where even different hands, following the same project and the same spirit, met to give life to the works, enriching them with their individual experiences and sensibility.

The inauguration of the exhibition will be held on Saturday 3rd February at 6.00 pm at the Ismi - Contemporary Art Gallery (piazza Massimo d'Azeglio, 22). Free admission.
