Saturday, October 1 from 19 onwards in via Comparini 6 open the premises where the headquarters of the association, which deals with social inclusion. You can visit the photo exhibition on the activities, make small purchases at the Bottega of Columbus, and then dine with the usual pure and simple menu made with local products, with a contribution of 12 Euros. Along with the birthday cake they will come to music, that of Luca Bassanese and Small Orchestra Popolare. If time permits we will use the large garden, otherwise the party will also take place in the interior.

"In 2015, the shareholders entered in the work projects were 150 and 130 those found in various social activities . " The egg of Columbus ", born from the idea of ​​Giorgio Tazzioli and the Ondina Martina, along with other psychologists and social workers, he left twenty years ago by the cultivation of a vegetable garden in via Comparini to enter people followed by the mental Health department, from Sert and so on. An association made up of experts but also of the many volunteers, who have succeeded in these twenty years of activity. Now the projects are numerous: the kitchen, the care of farm animals, breeding of bees for honey, cleaning parks and gardens, laundry, tailoring, managing a pine forest in Forte dei Marmi and of 'olive grove of the Rock in Pietrasanta, the Athena library, the newspaper Menotre, bicycle repair, carpentry, and activities with schools. In short, a unique and important reality that deserves to be supported. For Saturday's dinner reservation is required, but not required.
